After speaking to our patent attorneys, if you wish for us to conduct a patent search, have the patent lawyer email you a confidentiality invention disclosure document so that we can advise you regarding the patentability of your invention.
Our patent searches start at $750.00, for simple mechanical inventions. Your receipt of the confidential invention disclosure document will serve as proof that you spoke to one of our patent attorneys, and our receipt of the completed disclosure document shall serve as proof of when you first disclosed your invention to Alcoba & Associates, P.A.
We ensure that all documents submitted to our office are held confidentially, whether or not you retain our Firm.
