Ruben Alcoba, Esq. – Founder & Patent Attorney
Ruben Alcoba has personally handled over 2,500 patent and trademark law matters. He focuses his practice on patent and trademark prosecution directly before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Florida International University (1995) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (1998). He is a proud U.S. Army Veteran (1985-1988) and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Juliet Alcoba, Esq. – Trademark Attorney
Juliet Alcoba specializes in counseling clients regarding intellectual property matters, risk analysis, and mitigation. She guides clients from trademark selection and clearance through registration and beyond. She is a Florida Certified Civil Circuit Court Mediator and an active INTA member.
